ABOUT THE LODGE
Your hosts Colin and Rosemary were born in the UK. Their working life took them to some exotic and interesting places like Jamaica, Barbados, and Cyprus, and then finally to Sydney Australia.
In 1997 they retired to Borwick Lodge Hawkshead, a 16th century country residence in the English Lake District, which they developed into a very successful bed and breakfast. The Lodge won many awards from the English Tourist Board for their outstanding food, service, and hospitality.
In 2002 they decided to return to Sydney to be near their family again and moved to Scotland Island on Pittwater.
Scotland Island Lodge opened later that year and has since become recognised for its great food, service, hospitality, and wonderful natural environment.
